SHAREWARE SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

This Shareware Software Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is
a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and the creators of
Critical Hit (hereafter referred to as Psychic Software).  By
continuing the installation of this game program, by loading or
running the game, or by placing or copying the game program onto
your computer's hard drive, you are agreeing to be bound by the
terms of this Agreement.

SHAREWARE SOFTWARE LICENCE

1. Grant of Licence.  Psychic Software grants to you the right to
use Critical Hit (the "Software"), shareware version only, for an
unlimited period of time. You may not: modify, translate, disassemble,
or create derivative works based upon the Software.  You agree that you 
will not utilize, in any manner, the Software in violation of any
applicable law.

2. Copyright.  The Software is owned by Psychic Software and is 
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You 
must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except 
that you may make copies of the Software to give to other persons AS 
LONG AS YOU INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL SUPPORT FILES THAT CAME WITH IT. The
ShareWare version of the Software may be freely distributed. This
includes distribution on CD-ROM, FTP sites and Bulletin Boards. The
Registered versions of the Software may NOT be distributed under any
circumstances, nor on any medium, without the prior written consent
of Sam Redfern. 

3. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".  NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON.
WE WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ITS USE OR MISUSE, INCLUDING
FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT,
EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND 
THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF 
THE SOFTWARE, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR 
COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DRIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE 
BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
